During the initial service appointment there was a diagnosis by the tech that turned out to be a mis-diagnosis upon my return to have the issue fixed and I was informed by Landon S. whom was my servi diagnosis by the tech that turned out to be a mis-diagnosis upon my return to have the issue fixed and I was informed by Landon S. whom was my service advisor, after I dropped off my car and returned to retrieve items from it.
