I don’t even know where to start…Thierno has been working with me for two years now he put me in my 2023 Camry SE to now my 2025. I literally only had my 2025 for six days and was hit by a drunk driver., Thi with me for two years now he put me in my 2023 Camry SE to now my 2025. I literally only had my 2025 for six days and was hit by a drunk driver., Thierno was the first person I called and we have been in constant communication since he continuously shows that he cares about his customers. He’s always checking in on me to make sure I’m OK and also gives me updates on my car as it sits at the body shop at Toyota, I would say that Thierno is more than a car salesman. He sort of become like family . to me I feel like most car salesman are just out to make a sale. Thierno actually wants to put you in the car that you truly want and will do or at least try to do whatever he can to assure that you get the vehicle that you truly want. I’m pretty sure that i’ll continuously get the latest versions of my car and I’m almost positive that every time I get a new car. It will be with Thierno. If y’all haven’t given him a raise yet he definitely needs one because I’ve never met a salesman like him, Toyota of Tampa Bay is lucky to have him!!!! More
