DO NOT go here if you want your engine air filter to be removed without your knowledge. Yet no replacement was put in. As a result, you had been driving around without an engine filter for over a month. Wh removed without your knowledge. Yet no replacement was put in. As a result, you had been driving around without an engine filter for over a month. When you discovered the issue, you reached out to the dealership immediately. Yet, all you get was “it’s probably just a mistake” and “it’s safe to drive around WITHOUT the filter”. No apology, no replacement service offer, just an obnoxious excuse. More

I took my car with 5000 miles there for a break in oil change. Within 10 days of the oil change, it leaked a quart of oil. Took the car back. Advisor told me it was due to a faulty drain plug gasket. I am change. Within 10 days of the oil change, it leaked a quart of oil. Took the car back. Advisor told me it was due to a faulty drain plug gasket. I am not convinced. How likely for a drain plug to be faulty? How likely is it for the technician to forget to put one on or over tighten the plug without a gasket? I have yet to find out if the oil pan was cross threaded or stripped. If the aluminum gasket is faulty, will it leak a quart of oil in 10 days? I drove less than 100 miles during those 10 days. Of course, they will never admit to their customers that they did something wrong. I bought three cars from Toyota of Scranton, but I will never take my cars there for service anymore. More
