The service department reps that i have dealt with have been great. They have always treated me as a valued customer. The actual service techs are lacking. My most recent service for an oil change was a di been great. They have always treated me as a valued customer. The actual service techs are lacking. My most recent service for an oil change was a disaster. The tech got oil all over the top of my engine. When i stopped for gas after leaving the dealer i thought my engine had caught fire due to all the smoke from under my hood. I took pics and sopped up some of the oil with paper towels. I called my service rep. She was apologetic and beside herself. She got me in to get my engine bay cleaned right away. More
