I bought a brand new car in 2017. Today, I bought my daughter her first car of her own for her 20th bd. Kevin our sales man went ABOVE and beyond to help us. When we picked it up he had a beautiful pur daughter her first car of her own for her 20th bd. Kevin our sales man went ABOVE and beyond to help us. When we picked it up he had a beautiful purple now on it❤️ Also, thank you to the sales managers Kevin and George for making it happen as well. Mary Jo personally came to tell us good luck. I called to make an appointment for my car. I was told the only thing it needed was tire rotation. I had my son take it in - expecting him to only be there for a very short while. He called me and said i the only thing it needed was tire rotation. I had my son take it in - expecting him to only be there for a very short while. He called me and said it needed a bunch of things. After 3 attempted calls I finally got through to the person who checked in my car. She tells me it needs a few things. One of the things she said it needed got done on a recent visit. She then says to me "My bad!" NOT PROFESSIONAL. I asked why I was not told this when I called. I am told the the person making the appointments does not look at details. Well, they should. Luckily my son had time to stay. What if he didn't. To make matters worse when I get my car and drive it the next day it was not shifting correctly. I then call - they did not have an appointment for me that day - but I said I am bringing it in anyway - It was not safe to drive. I asked for a loaner and was told none was available - they truly didn't try. They did take care of my car that day (one good thing). Toyota had messed up something with the transmission fluids. So - long story short - when a customer calls to make an appointment the worker should look at what might need to be done. That way the customer can decide to leave the car there. When I was there dropping my car off for the transmission problem I was listening to another customer and he was upset because he was going to wait for his car then he was told it needed extra things. You guys really can't do that. More

we were shopping for a new car and one of the dealers we stopped in at was Toyota of Scranton. We went home to make a decision over the weekend and on monday this was the only dealer to follow up and calle stopped in at was Toyota of Scranton.
