Car indicators were showing issues with all wheel drive. After diagnostics test it was revealed that it was just the gas cap. The dealer addressed and sent me on my way. No charge for the trouble. We were driving our son back to Syracuse and a serious warning g light came on. We called and spoke to Ben who understood the urgency and told us to come straight in. Used to be good - not anymore. I have two toyotas and bought them both there. Also have had them both serviced there. Got all service including tires from them. For my 2016 I was looking to get my 5th bought them both there. Also have had them both serviced there. Got all service including tires from them. For my 2016 I was looking to get my 5th set of tires which were well under mileage warranty. They refused to honor it and said it would be $1200 - I had the tires for 16k miles and 16 mos. I ordered them on Tire Rack who gave me the option to ship them to Toyota of Scranton for $950. I showed them. They screwed me and I will never go back to this dealership again unless its for a recall fix (of which there are many). I didn't want to publicly bash them but this is 4th email asking for a review so I guess I'll give them one!!! More
