My experience has not ended. My top of the line model is still at the dealership. This is the second time a problem has stumped the highly trained staff the first time it took months to diagnose a fix I hop still at the dealership. While a Toyota issue and not necessarily a dealer issue after 3 Toyota’s this is my last. They erroneously installed a remote car starter that needs a different head unit than what I have. Without the us after 3 Toyota’s this is my last. They erroneously installed a remote car starter that needs a different head unit than what I have. Without the use of remote connected services I literally have to go outside and stand near the car for the remote starter to work. I have to pay to have their starter removed and a different one installed to have the full capability of a remote car starter. This is on a 2021 Camry. More

Service was great but they wanted my trade in 2018 rav 4 awd xle with only 13500 miles. we looked at a 2021 wht rav 4 awd xle and we are willing to give $5000 cash for it. could not come up with a good numb awd xle with only 13500 miles. we looked at a 2021 wht rav 4 awd xle and we are willing to give $5000 cash for it. could not come up with a good number for trade in value and also other discounts to purchase the new rav?
