The reason is quite simple. I received my car unwashed. Since 2007 I have regularly maintained my Toyotas (already three of them) at various Toyota dealerships, and I have been always receiving from all dealerships, including Toyota of Rockwall, clean cars after scheduled maintenance. I am sorry to say that you have lowered your standards. It would be nice if you restored them. Suggestion: there is missing option N/A in the section "Could You Say a Little More". For example, none of items in "explanation of cost of service" option was proper for me. I paid for the maintenance in advance. More
