First one there for them to look over my car, just for them to tell me they didn't have what they needed and wanted me to take it back the next day. I left it there and got a rental, it took so long that them to tell me they didn't have what they needed and wanted me to take it back the next day. I left it there and got a rental, it took so long that it made me 30min late to work. When I received the rental it was very dirty they did apologize for that due to not having any detailers. And of course I was charged a ridiculous amount for the work and the rental for a couple of days and still got my car back dirty 😒. More
Sam was very nice, but didn't listen to why I was bringing in the vehicle. I brought the car in because the air bag light was on; but Sam wrote up the tire pressure light was blinking (which it was, bringing in the vehicle. I brought the car in because the air bag light was on; but Sam wrote up the tire pressure light was blinking (which it was, but not my concern at the moment), so the tech focused on that. After a conversation, I finally was able to convey to Sam what I needed looked at. He said the air bag light was not on. A system diagnostic said the seat airbag had kicked out the error. I wasn't charged for the diagnostic service which I really appreciated. The air bag light is still on, by the way, so I'm back to square one. More
