However, my experience in dealing with finance (Scott) left me very displeased and stressed as items which I had specifically and carefully communicated that I did not want to purchase , was quietly "added" to the agreed purchase price of the vehicle, resulting in my having to drive back to the dealership the following Monday, to meet with the finance manager , who after reviewing the issues, took the necessary steps to correct the vehicle sales price to the correct amount. This experience with finance left me uncertain about the ethics of the finance dept. More
