My service advisor is great. I cannot even give a rate of 1 to Russell Morgan who I was trying get information on purchasing a NEW car. He kept pressuring me to get a used car and he was totally NOT giving me the information I wanted. So, I went home and called around to other dealerships and found EXACTLY what I wanted at Irving Toyota and they were light years nicer and accommodating than Mr. Morgan (and I hope you tell him so!). You have not lost was business though. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there, unless I have an unpleasant experience. By the way, my service advisor is Kaycee and she is really nice and pleasant. Treat her well so she continues her employment at your dealership for a long, LONG time! More
I brought my car in for an oil change. I thought I could in without an appointment. I called serveral times to find out the wait time. I spoke to 3 different people.
