Service Director was supposed to call me at 7:00 am, I had to call the dealership at 10:30 because there was no call. Service advisor is incredibly arrogant and was getting confrontational on a conference call. Absolutely horrible customer service skills. Service center is unwilling to provide any concessions for the horrible service experience and unwilling to accept any mistakes that were made. I will never use this dealership again from a Service or Sales standpoint. More
Very customer friendly… service was good and prompt. Missed oil change date for hybrid. Was not clear on mikes. We actually did not miss it but to do later at the correct mileage. Everyone at Toyota of Rockwell says it's not their fault ... which is better than Toyota Corporate who says absolutely nothing these days and most times will not even answer their 800 number these days. So ... Even though it's "not Toyota of Rockwell's fault," they'll have to take the hit ... since Toyota Corporate (seemingly) doesn't care. Toyota gets an F for exceedingly poor communication ... in my books. More
I normally go to Sewell Lexus but I wanted to try something closer to home. As a new customer I don’t have an idea what line to wait for an oil change . There isn’t anyone coming up to you to greet you until 25 minutes later. Once my car was ready I come to pick it up and the car is burning hot and my setting aren’t they way I left them. There isn’t a courtesy to turn on your car and turn on the a/c to cool down just before a client arrives. The prices quoted for an oil change was also wrong. More

I spent $273 to do a diagnostics because my sensor was not working. However, I never received a diagnostics result report from my service advisor. It was indicated that they did not have a report. Very disappointed in having to pay $273 and only get a summary of what the diagnostics results indicated. I would like my diagnostics test results since I paid to have it done at $273. More
