We were very disappointed by the lack of customer service from Michael. We bring you 3 cars almost every 6 months. We generally get some kind of discount (~10%). But every single time we get Michael, we don't get any discount. This time we had a bill for more than $625 and all he could do was to give us $25. He claimed that he had to wait for his manager to see if he could do more and he came back saying that was the most he could do. (We don't even believe he asked anyone) My husband was asking for $550. Had he come back with $575 (so 8% discount) my husband would have been ok and thankful for the effort. But for $25, Michael pissed off a customer and now my husband doesn't want us to bring our 3 cars back to your shop. We moved one year ago from out of state. If you look at our records with Toyota and Lexus, we have always been very faithful / long term customers. You had an opportunity to earn our business and lost it for $25. More
