Service advisor Sam did not listen to my concerns nor were they addressed while I visited the dealership. I was just told that the 60,000 mile service was the best price even though it was over $300 yet were they addressed while I visited the dealership. I have never had such a horrible experience like this where my concerns were just brushed aside and ignored so I will never come back to Toyota rockwall for any services or sales and will also not recommend this place to the people I know. They reprogrammed out new key and pod for our Corolla. They also notified us that Toyota parts in Pittsburgh, PA sent the wrong keys to be cut ( Keys were for a Toyota Tundra or Tacoma. The service department is really good. Great communication. They get you in quickly. They have not been able to resolve the gas gauge issue which has plagued some of the new Tundras but th Great communication. They get you in quickly.
