I was displeased with the service manager and Toyota recommending services to be done that had not even been checked on my vehicle. An alignment was recommended, but they didn’t even check the wear patt recommending services to be done that had not even been checked on my vehicle. An alignment was recommended, but they didn’t even check the wear patterns on my tires. They recommended a new serpentine belt. I get it, I’m at 80k miles, but if it was checked in my multipoint inspections, should you not go with the 5 year recommendation at that point? There was also no note about my tires being rotated. To my knowledge, that’s part of every service when you come in, no? Also some of the recommendations showing that there no record of it being done… I’ve ONLY had my vehicle serviced at Toyota dealerships. Do the systems not speak to each other? Unfortunately, this is the closest dealer and I will have to continue going for services. More
