Over an hour wait for an scheduled appointment! !! Should never happen. It has never mattered if you have an appointment or not. This service department is horrible and the service is horrible. C More

There is never any service specials for oil change and tire rotation. Thats the reason I use Longo Toyota of Prosper more often they always have discounts and special prices. They also have a car wash. More

The lady was good, but l wished she could have explained the chargers better, l felt ripped off . What l thought was a multipoint inspection which is free, was something else that costed me $170ish. I will More
