Came in told them there was a problem with my hybrid battery. They said there was nothing wrong with it but suggested that I replace my 12v battery also got a tune up. $1200.00. Two weeks later I needed to replace my hybrid battery. I feel like this men and women who work on vehicles don't no anything unless a computer tells them something. They can't use common sense to diagnose the problem. I told the service advisor that my miles per gallon had gone from 34.7 mpg to 27.7 mpg. I have brough my Camry to Rockwall Toyota from the time a bought it, no one else has touched it. I will be rethinking this decision going forward. More

I wouldn't purchase another vehicle from them because they are not honest regarding maintenance needs. I was charged $300 for some unnecessary repairs that weren;t due until 45k miles. My mileage was 23k they are not honest regarding maintenance needs. I was charged $300 for some unnecessary repairs that weren;t due until 45k miles. My mileage was 23k. Also charged $80 for a chip on the windshield that is not smooth on outside. A child could've done better. I am looking for a new Toyota currently but need a dealership I can trust for maintenance and repairs. Also had to wait 3 hours for them to complete work. Incredible experience. Carl went above and beyond! my car started having issues on a Friday evening so of course Saturday appointments were booked, but Carl told us to brin Carl went above and beyond! my car started having issues on a Friday evening so of course Saturday appointments were booked, but Carl told us to bring it in anyway and he would personally take care of us. It was an issue that needed a multitude of tests so he got me in a nice rental car immediately. He stayed in constant communication with us and was thorough with his tests and had found that I received bad gas from a station. He showed compassion and walked us through the steps of what to do in this situation and held our hand every step of the way. They got my car fixed up quickly and it’s now running great!
