Took car in for a road/ truck sound on drivers side and it was diagnosed with a bad transmission. Transmission was replaced and the same noise was still there! Took back 3 times before it was finally fixed it was diagnosed with a bad transmission. Transmission was replaced and the same noise was still there! Took back 3 times before it was finally fixed replacing the wheel bearing! Felt like we replaced a transmission that did not need to be replaced at all or not at this time. Could have saved us a large expense by fixing the correct problem the first time. More

Would have appreciated a better explanation from the Service desk related to the rental car/loaner car policy. The woman started with "we dont provide free loaner cars just for dropping off a car". That is a true statement BUT since i was dropping off a new 2023 car there were many better, more gentle ways to respond and explain. Jumping immediatly to how much i had to pay for a rental car was the worst way to respond. Service desk woman was very nice when i met her, assuming it was the same person, but that initial discussion was unnecessarily painful. A little coaching would go a long way. More
I was pleased with the repair work done on my car. I was disappointed that I had to call back 2 days before the work was done to find out the part had come in but no one had informed me. Nothing to say , i am not going back there and may not buy toyota agian. Cashiers are rude and did not seem they resovled the issue with the car. For the alignment they said i have to pay out of the pocket and my car only like 15k. More
So . .. After waiting over 10 months for my 2nd Key FOB for my new Camry, I was told that Toyota of Rockwall's laser engraver was down and they could give .. After waiting over 10 months for my 2nd Key FOB for my new Camry, I was told that Toyota of Rockwall's laser engraver was down and they could give me the Key FOB, but not the metal key that goes inside the Key FOB and also is used to attach the FOB to one's key ring. They said they would mail the metal key to me ... when their laser engraver was repaired. Still waiting ... More
