Very simple. I asked for what I thought was an easy request…can you run the car through the wash and I was simply told “no” via text. Why not? Next, I bought new wipers and they apparently weren’t latched on because they fell off in the rain on the way home. I reported it on my text survey, and of course NO FOLLOW up. So, lastly, your follow up sucks. I live and die in my job with surveys. I would almost never rate anything less than perfect, but in this case my “free” service wasn’t worth it. More

I was contacted that service was due on my 2018 Highlander. When I arrived, I found it was no longer under warranty. I had bought the extra for 75,000 miles / 5 years (vehicle has 36K). You kno Highlander. When I arrived, I found it was no longer under warranty. I had bought the extra for 75,000 miles / 5 years (vehicle has 36K). You know with a 3 year warrant correlates with 36K miles. Why doesn't a 75K mile warrant corollate to a 7 year warranty 1. Your warranted should be to which is higher Miles or Time. But you know how to rip off the customers anyway. 2. You charge $24 to rotate tires. Guess what when you buy from Costco they do it free. That is where I will go when these tires wear out. 3. I will not be back for any service will go to local vendors (that also warranty their work and parts). 4. Service team was ok, but took 1 hour longer than quoted, so glad I didn't wait. 5. Show room and wait area does not have a good feel, or comfortable 6. Whoever is the COO needs to really look at how this place is or be replaced. Find you a good, retired Chief from the military. They would get this place top notice. 7. My next car will probably be where I can get like a 100K / 10 year warranty, Will NOT consider a Toyota again, vehicle is great, it's the dealer and warranty that need to be updated. Will also send remarks to Toyota corporate. 8. Also have not been able to get a car wash each time I have come by. How is that GREEN working out for you (especially with all the rain we have had in the last few months). You could at least give certificated for a local car wash or put customers on their monthly plan. More

My experiences with Toyota of Rockwall have been good so far and have more than justified the time and effort to drive out there from north Dallas. More
