Job done incorrectly. Had to go the next day,for a rental!! and I wasn’t told how long it would take with an appointment.( over 3 hours ) They Refused to fix the issue t Had to go the next day,for a rental!! and I wasn’t told how long it would take with an appointment.( over 3 hours ) They Refused to fix the issue the next day and had to pay for the gas on the rental when it was there mistake. A very inconvenience for the customer to pay double for gas on the rental for a small use not even 24 hours and Disappointed both from the service advisor and mechanic / technician. More

Contacted sales by telephone , Ken helped answer all questions about vehicle advertised on website, he was extremely professional, friendly, while guiding me through the purchase process. However, my experience in dealing with finance (Scott) left me very displeased and stressed as items which I had specifically and carefully communicated that I did not want to purchase , was quietly "added" to the agreed purchase price of the vehicle, resulting in my having to drive back to the dealership the following Monday, to meet with the finance manager , who after reviewing the issues, took the necessary steps to correct the vehicle sales price to the correct amount. This experience with finance left me uncertain about the ethics of the finance dept. More
