So . .. After waiting over 10 months for my 2nd Key FOB for my new Camry, I was told that Toyota of Rockwall's laser engraver was down and they could give .. After waiting over 10 months for my 2nd Key FOB for my new Camry, I was told that Toyota of Rockwall's laser engraver was down and they could give me the Key FOB, but not the metal key that goes inside the Key FOB and also is used to attach the FOB to one's key ring. They said they would mail the metal key to me ... when their laser engraver was repaired. Still waiting ... More

Came in told them there was a problem with my hybrid battery. They said there was nothing wrong with it but suggested that I replace my 12v battery also got a tune up. $1200.00. Two weeks later I needed to replace my hybrid battery. I feel like this men and women who work on vehicles don't no anything unless a computer tells them something. They can't use common sense to diagnose the problem. I told the service advisor that my miles per gallon had gone from 34.7 mpg to 27.7 mpg. I have brough my Camry to Rockwall Toyota from the time a bought it, no one else has touched it. I will be rethinking this decision going forward. More

I wouldn't purchase another vehicle from them because they are not honest regarding maintenance needs. I was charged $300 for some unnecessary repairs that weren;t due until 45k miles. Also charged $80 for a chip on the windshield that is not smooth on outside. A child could've done better. I am looking for a new Toyota currently but need a dealership I can trust for maintenance and repairs. Also had to wait 3 hours for them to complete work.
