Communication is lacking. After more than an hour, I had to ask for an ETA. The service advisor was very nice and easy to work with. When I made the appointment online, I left a note to be called prior to my appointment. No one ever did. Poor communication has been as issue with the service department as long as I've been a customer (this is the 4th vehicle purchase there. It’s now just a convenience, but would go anywhere else if more convenient). I have expressed my concerns for years and the owners either do not know or do not care. They are great at selling cars, caring for the environment, and displaying their awards, but customer service and leadership has never been a focus. More
