When I noticed something was wrong with our car tire I was so worried it would cost us a fortune. Mick took great care of us and was so honest about what was needed for the vehicles safety vs what just co was so worried it would cost us a fortune. I went in expecting it to have a cracked wheel, bent rim, and need a new tire. However they looked at everything and all I needed was a tire, everything balanced well otherwise. They were flexible with when I could schedule bringing it in and made the whole process a breeze. I used the shuttle service to go to the craft store up the road while my vehicle was worked on and everything worked out great and went very smoothly. I had my highlander serviced here twice now, once for 5k then at the 10k. They are very prompt and professional. They text you when your car goes in, and also as soon as it’s done. Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. When they got to passenger rear tire, they said it has rusted locking lug and was cracked. The locking lugs were placed brand new by lone star Toyota When they got to passenger rear tire, they said it has rusted locking lug and was cracked. The locking lugs were placed brand new by lone star Toyota in December 2023. They have only been rotated by Toyota. Rockwall Toyota has rotated them the last 2 times. No one else has rotated or removed the wheels. Their solution is to charge me almost $200 to cut off the lock log and replace it. The lugs are supposed to last 5-10 years. It’s not even 3 years.
