Quickly took care of my problem (dead battery). Very pricey but unable to get it done elsewhere. Called AutoZone who told me they had two batteries in stock for $80 less than Toyota's quote and co Very pricey but unable to get it done elsewhere. Called AutoZone who told me they had two batteries in stock for $80 less than Toyota's quote and could install BUT due to their poor inventory control actually had NONE on the shelf. Should have probably just gone to Toyota in the first place. Polite, professional; checked out starter and alternator. Back on the road in less than an hour. More

I loved this dealership through 3 vehicles but when you took away the car wash that all changed. At the very least the cars should be cleaned when they are brought in for any kind of service work.
