I had been to my credit union to make a deposit, and when I tried to start the car afterward, it would not start. I called AAA, and the tech they sent was excellent. So, I show up at Rockwall Toyota without an appt. The service rep Joe Lopez was excellent. My hearing is not good, and he was very patient and very helpful. They took the car immediately. I believe the car was ready with a new battery in just over an hour. Joe explained that the battery was a 7-year battery. Since I was stressed when I arrived, I could not have asked for better service. The new battery actually cost a little less than I was told it would be. A comment about my response to the question about the importance of the dealership service center in deciding where to purchase a car. If the service center is not trustworthy, the sales department probably isn't trustworthy either. More
