Was told that I still had free oil change on my maintenance plan when I called to set up my appointment. Was told my plan was good until 10/5/2025 or 98000 miles. However after I checked in with service department was told I no longer had any free maintenance left & it would cost about $85.00. I said well I’ll just have to leave. They did agree to do the oil change for free but would be last one. Was told that since my SUV required oil change every 5000 miles vs every 10000 miles all my services had been used up. Why wasn’t I told this when I called to set up the appointment??? And why did I receive emails saying maintenance was due??? More
They didn't top off the windshield washing fluid like they said they automatically do. I'm the oil change when my husband came in the first time they said on 2023 Toyota Corolla. My sticker the take that did my oil change as we scheduled to come in at 5000 miles do the tax and service people know the actual amount you are to bring it in for. Last time the people told my husband Toyota different you only do it every 10,000 miles. The tech thought the linkage to the cable that opens the hood was impaired by something. It was not. My husband came in and with the service manager, they figured out how to the fix linkage to the hood release they need to do better troubleshooting and better at their jobs . More

We bought a used car from Toyota of Rockwall that supposedly had a multi-point inspection and came with a 6 month/6,000 mile warranty. After a month and a half we found a leak in the radiator and the supposedly had a multi-point inspection and came with a 6 month/6,000 mile warranty. After a month and a half we found a leak in the radiator and the engine oil cooler. When we called them about it, we got the run around and after speaking with several different people, we were told there was no warranty. All of their used vehicles come with it according to their website which we had a screenshot of. Shortly after letting them know that, they decided that we did have the warranty so we took the car in. They replaced the radiator but insisted the other leak wasn’t covered even though it was in the cooling system which was a covered system according to the warranty. A very stressful experience, so needless to say, we would not recommend them. More
I was there for an alignment and maintenance on the vehicle, oil change, and what I thought was topping off the fluids; however, this was not completed, the topping of the fluids. I realize there was n vehicle, oil change, and what I thought was topping off the fluids; however, this was not completed, the topping of the fluids. I realize there was no windshield wiper fluid and I’m sure maybe the coolant wasn’t topped off either. I immediately called the dealership on Monday and was told I could take the car in. I wanted to make the dealership aware of the practice because if they did it to my vehicle, I am sure they are not topping off other vehicles as well. More
