This is my 4th NEW vehicle purchased from your dealership and all my maintenances were done by y'all. At 120,000 miles and a Camry I was not happy to spend this amount on repairs. I've already found a reputable repair shop at 1/3 of the cost. So none of that speaks well for the Toyota product and service. More

I made an appointment to come in for oil change and maintenance due indication. My appointment was 11:45AM but I didn’t receive help till about 12:05PM. I also noticed that help was being provided by first come first serve because everyone that drove in the service bay before me received help before me. This would have not bothered me if everyone had an appointment but I highly doubt that 7 people had an appointment at 11:45 and if 7 people did have an appointment at that time then the scheduling department needs to do better. My experiences before have been great but this visit took a little over 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation when in the past the visits was about an hour. I definitely didn’t see the benefits to making an appointment and if you’re not going to value an appointment then what is the point. If I experience this again then I will get the oil change and like services elsewhere. More
