There was a mixup in communication and I received an estimate that was incorrect. I left my car an extra day and told them I would be there to pick it up and asked if it would be ready. And some of the recall work had not been completed. I was given the option of: waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle to get home (after I had already been there 30 minutes), calling an Uber (that I would have to pay for) or take my car home and bring it back. I would have expected a better option since it was their error. I ended up taking my car home since I had a deadline to meet. More
