I do not recommend this Toyota to anyone. This Toyota is the absolute WORST to visit. They are liars, the customers service is poor. If you take your car here for any reason please take before and after pictures. Especially of your exterior and odometer reader. Someone had been driving my car while it was in Toyota’s possession. The managers lied and stated that this is not something they do unless a car needs to be tested on the road for issues. My car needed a sunroof replacement. After dropping my car off. I received several lies as to what was wrong with my car and when it will be repaired and ready for pick up. This place kept my vehicle for 3.5 months. When the service technician Christian C. delivered my car to my home, my vehicle was wrecked on the passenger’s front bumper as well as scratches and scrapes around the entire passengers side of my vehicle. Christian attempted to deliver my car at night which he didn’t expect for me to examine the car. I refused to received the car in that condition. So I took pictures as well as took images of my odometer. After refusing the tech took my car back to Toyota and lied stating that the vehicle was already damaged. After proving my statement by uploading before and after images of my car and odometer (which proved someone had put over 300 miles on my car). I then contacted the corporate office to report all damages and issues. The corporate office of Toyota asked the Rockwall location for the intake images of my vehicle, and Toyota did not have any before images to prove my car was in fact already damaged. This is not following protocol. Following protocol requires the vehicle to be inspected and images taken upon dropping a vehicle off. They failed to do this. Which resulted in my car being placed in a body shop with Toyota being responsible for making monthly payments to my finance company. This could have all been resolved by being honest and taking the proper measures in protecting my car. Again, I don’t recommend a hoopty car to this place! Go to Plano or Mckinney’s location! More

I am very happy with the services provided by Mick. However, I had worse experience with Stephanie Sanchez or Lopez. She never called me as promised about updating me on the truck battery. I have followed up almost throughout 6 working days and not a single time I couldn't get hold of her. She never returned my call, and I refuse to ever work with her. With Stephanie in service, I will never and ever work with her as she does not know customer service, she does not know the customer follow up, and at least give them a call as she promised, extremely dissppointing. On the other hand Mick provided great support and which I would continue to work with him. More
