I have now come to this dealership twice for service and they are beyond a doubt wonderful. The facility is nice, clean, open and relaxing. The service team is great. Brian Carpenter is beyond nice. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at Toyota Rockwall. This was our second visit—and it will absolutely be our last. This time, my husband called to discuss service options. Our usual liaison was out of the office, so someone else walked him through the options. My husband planned to confirm selections via email after everything was explained. Instead, the person he spoke with said they could make the selections for him—and chose a service we did not want. As a result, our bill was $700 more than expected. To make matters worse, when we picked up the car, the tire pressure light was still on. If an inspection was supposedly completed, how does a visible warning light get overlooked? That’s not just careless—it’s lazy. When we asked about it, we were told we’d need to pay for another inspection, after already being charged for services we didn’t authorize. And this isn’t an isolated incident. During our last visit, I requested a fix for my automatic tailgate. Not one screw was replaced. Every mechanism was stripped and failed within a week. Though this location is closest to us, I will never return. The service is careless, communication is poor, and the money we’ve spent here has been a complete waste. More

It is shocking how poorly run the service department is. I used ToR because it's closest. That's it. As long as I've been a customer, the service department has been awful. The last service I had there was great, and I made sure you all knew. I thought maybe something had changed. Nope! Same lousy service and communication. I recently read a book on leadership boundaries and it said boundaries are what we set and what we allow. After all these years, I can't believe these are what was set, but a culture of what has been allowed. It's not what you preach, it's what you tolerate. If you don't condemn it, you condone it. There is so much opportunity for growth, but I truly don't think it matters because they know people will return instead of crossing that bridge and going into Dallas. More
Just got my 25 Tundra 3 weeks ago so far love the truck. Had to bring in for a CEL with 800 miles Turns out the truck has a bad O2 sensor. I’m extremely frustrated with the fact the part is back ordered with NO eta. Was told by the service advisor Randy the truck was ok to drive while I wait for a part with no time frame of when it will be available. So for the mean time I’m stuck driving a truck with a locked up display and engine light on. What happens if something else goes wrong with the truck? I would never know because the CEL is already on. Another issue is this has had an impact on my fuel mileage. I e gone from 300 miles to around 160 a tank.so yes all in all I’m extremely frustrated and want this resolved ASAP. More
Not eager to help, do a poor job on a simple oil change and tire air up, had one low tire left with three low tires. How does an employee for a car dealership not know if they wash cars or not when he works in maintenance. Also don’t know if it’s because we are not driving a Toyota but we bought the car from yall but they walked by us and checked in other cars and asked what they needed as me and my wife and baby sat there when we were clearly there first waiting watching employees walk around like they were scared to talk to customers and waited for someone else to jump on it. Overall xxxxty experience Toyota is not known for that at all my family has been doing business with y’all for years but I can say I’d be just fine never going back there after that.
