We had a fantastic experience with Toyota of Rockwall. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue with our 2011 Lexus RX350. The analytics identified an issue with the A/C system that was repaired, b They went above and beyond to resolve the issue with our 2011 Lexus RX350. The analytics identified an issue with the A/C system that was repaired, but it didn't actually repair the initial problem completely. When we returned the vehicle, Toyota of Rockwall brought in a Lexus/Toyota specialist to assist with the diagnosis. While they kept the vehicle for an extra week, they provided us with a rental vehicle. Also, when they finally got the diagnosis correct, they footed the bill for the ultimate repair. Even when they made the repair, they kept the vehicle a day or two extra to be able to test and confirm the repair was successful. We have a fantastic experience with Toyota of Rockwall Service Dept. Never have had an efficient service here, they probably just have too many customers to service in Rockwall area. It took 30 minutes just to get checked in from my truck for an oil change last time with an just have too many customers to service in Rockwall area. It took 30 minutes just to get checked in from my truck for an oil change last time with an appointment scheduled. Oil changes take way too long 1.5-2.5 hours. I can’t even think about having them look at warranty issues because they would need my truck for a whole day just to look at it. I’ll try McKinney and or Paris Toyota even though they are much further away from Greenville. More
