Very disappointed about no car wash. When I got my 4Runner. Sales person said since I live nearby I can bring it up whenever for a cleaning, I thought since I went to my local dealership When I got my 4Runner. Your car wash has been broke ever since. You’re a multi million dollar company and you can’t fix your car wash. At least have people do hand washing. Also when people do tire rotation. Spray the tires. Make them look good. It’s the little things that matter. More

I think I’m being a little generous in my review. Staff was nice and professional. I just didn’t like that I had to pay $180 when they couldn’t provide a diagnosis because the car didn’t fail an Staff was nice and professional. The service center is normally great but the last 2 times have been awful and I believe it was the service advisor that is making everything worse. His name is Kawa.
