I brought my car in on my appointed time. I was told 1 hr to 1.5 hr when I made appt for 4 wheel alignment. The very nice lady checked in my vehicle and said 2 hrs. No big deal. After waitin I was told 1 hr to 1.5 hr when I made appt for 4 wheel alignment. The very nice lady checked in my vehicle and said 2 hrs. No big deal. After waiting an hr, my nephew said he was hungry. I told another service rep we were going to walk to Costco so i could get him lunch. We returned after an hr. Sat for a while in the waiting room. I then Asked about my vehicle bc it was over 2 hrs at this time. The lady whom name I forget. said "Oh let me go check on it bc you are at the 2 hrs mark now". I reminded her ,,No it's over 2 hrs now. She apologize and went to check to see if my vehicle was ready. She returned and said "I'm sorry we could not fix your car bc your car is too new and the vin number is not registering on our system. Even my mgr helped to get it but we couldn't. I'm sorry but we won't charge you". I responded and this took over 2 hrs to find out. I didn't even address the dumb remark about me not being charge. Or that my vehicle is not too new bc it is '23 RX 350. And When I called to make the appointment I had to tell them the exact make and model and miles of my vehicle. But this is what I said I" waited over 2 hrs to be told something that you guys would have known in 5 mins." She apologize and said let me tell them to get your car down". Needless to say, I'm never returning to this place. But she actually suggested I take it back to Sewell Lexus and let them do the alignment. Which of course is where I always take my vehicle. More
Greeted with a welcoming attitude. I had no appointment. Met with a service technician “Randy” who heard my concerns.
