Poor service. Couldn’t get the shuttle back to me. Nobody called me when I called the receptionist to ask for the shuttle. She told me she would email the perso Couldn’t get the shuttle back to me. She told me she would email the person in charge of my truck. 15 minutes later I called again this time asking if I could talk to someone else and the receptionist didn’t say anything and just put me on a 10 minute hold. I hung up and had to get a ride from Lyft. I get to the dealership and tell my service manager what happened and she said she wasn’t checking her email. She didn’t seem that concerned. I was told it would take about 2 hours to get it all done and I left after 4 hours. I had to go ask for updates on my vehicle. The last time I asked, I found another person who was actually working and asked them. Then they had to wait on her to finish the personal conversation she was having with another employee. It wasn’t work related. Extremely disappointed in the service I received. They didn’t even finish the recall. They said they had to order a part. So you’re telling me a dealership that big knowing there’s recalls going on doesn’t have enough parts to fix the recall? Now I have to go back and waste another two hours so they can finish. Not to mention my gas. It would be nice if they went the extra mile for you and maybe vacuumed your truck out or washed the wind shield. But that’s asking too much. More

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took two hours. Was estimated to take one. The only reason I wasn't incredibly upset is that I took advantage of their oil change special. When I got home, I noticed that one of my hub caps was loose. I pushed it back against the wheel the best I could but I think one of the plastic clips was broken. It fell off a few days later never to be seen again. Had to buy a replacement because I was pretty sure it would be hard to state my case having waited two days. Replacement cost was double what I spent for service. Not really eager to do that again in retrospect. This was our first service after the maintenance plan ended, not a real good impression. Service advisor was okay, quality of work plus the wait was terrible, and bring back your car wash. I even get a complimentary one at the Ford dealership, which nickels and dimes me to death. More
