I was given the option of: waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle to get home (after I had already been there 30 minutes), calling an Uber (that I would have to pay for) or take my car home and bring it back. Brought my 2018 Highlander Limited in to have battery checked as I thought I may be due to get a new one. My car has only 29,500+ miles on it and I do less than 5000 miles per year. After checking the Service person came and advised me that I really did not have to spend the money to replace the battery now as it was still testing very good. It would have been over $350 to put a new battery as I have the start/stop function on the car. So it was very nice to see the honesty of Toyota of Rockwall and saving me the money right now! More
