I love the dealership and the people there but what a fiasco this last Saturday when I brought my truck in for a scheduled service and a repair that is under warranty. Why would the person that scheduled fiasco this last Saturday when I brought my truck in for a scheduled service and a repair that is under warranty. Why would the person that scheduled the warranty work schedule me for a Saturday morning appointment if Toyota Warranty department is closed on Saturdays? My truck was serviced but unfortunately I have to find a way to get it in there early enough on a weekday. I use the truck for work and I am not sure when I can bring it in during the week. Additionally, I had a 8 AM appt. Why did it take 2 hours for a scheduled service? More

I arrived early for my appointment, was promptly greeted and checked in. Service advisor had my information and told me it would take about an hour. 50 minutes later he called me to the cashier office wher and checked in. Service advisor had my information and told me it would take about an hour. 50 minutes later he called me to the cashier office where I paid for the service then went out got in car and left. One note, bring back the car wash as a part of the service. More

Cesar was professional and very responsive. However, I waited in the lobby for three hours for an oil change and inspection. Also, Toyota of Rockwall use to wash your car after any service work However, I waited in the lobby for three hours for an oil change and inspection. Also, Toyota of Rockwall use to wash your car after any service work was done. A year ago, they said that the car wash machine was broken. Customer service involves getting people in an out of the dealership in a timely manner, or updating the customer as to why the service work is taking so long. It’s also the little extras like washing your car before leaving the dealership. More
Told me I needed 7000 worth of work on my truck because the timing belt cover and steering rod boot was leaking.
