Made an appointment for recall. No loaners? I understand that if I'm willingly doing maintenance service, okay. But a recall is TOYOTA problem. A loaner should be offered. Was to No loaners? I understand that if I'm willingly doing maintenance service, okay. But a recall is TOYOTA problem. A loaner should be offered. Was told it should take 2-3 hours by multiple people. Dropped off at 9am. By 2pm I hadn't heard anything and called up there. He said they still have a bit more work. By 4p.m. I got a ride up there myself. Was told they're finishing up and pulling it around. Another hour went by before they pulled up. Was given the keys without any "Hey sorry for having it all day, sorry for the delay, sorry I told you the wrong timing, etc" Nothing. No effort to make it right. Disappointed in the service/recall department. Communication was lacking, and effort to make things right after doing wrong. Probably won't ever use this service department again unless I'm forced. More
