Never have had an efficient service here, they probably just have too many customers to service in Rockwall area. It took 30 minutes just to get checked in from my truck for an oil change last time with an just have too many customers to service in Rockwall area. It took 30 minutes just to get checked in from my truck for an oil change last time with an appointment scheduled. Oil changes take way too long 1.5-2.5 hours. I can’t even think about having them look at warranty issues because they would need my truck for a whole day just to look at it. I’ll try McKinney and or Paris Toyota even though they are much further away from Greenville. More

The service went well, I made an appointment and I didn’t have to wait long at all for the service to be completed.
