I had a 20K service appointment at Toyota Rockwall. I arrived on-time, was immediately greeted by a service manager. The check-in was seamless and the service was completed in 40m. The check-out was also seamless and the cashier was very cheerful. I felt at home the entire time. The coffee machine was excellent. The WiFi service was also excellent. With that being said I never receive my vehicle back in the same condition such as greasy finger prints on the door handle or interior or the maintenance required reminder is never reset.
