I asked to have a whistle noise while in reverse not pushing brakes checked into, didn’t get feedback on a possible culprit. My inspection said my brakes were good even though my last 2 visits stated t pushing brakes checked into, didn’t get feedback on a possible culprit. My inspection said my brakes were good even though my last 2 visits stated the needed to be replaced and they have not been replaced. I’m not sure my inspection was properly done. How could the brakes all of a sudden be 100% when the past visits showed attention needed and none has been taken. More

I scheduled my appointment to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2022 Toyota 4-Runner. I sat patiently waiting in the waiting room as I watched people arrive and leave before me. I asked why it had taken so long when I was told an hour, hour and 20 minutes max. I was informed that the service technicians didn't know how to remove something on my tires and had to have a master technician do it. I was told that it was because they were after market. I bought my 4-Runner from Rockwall Toyota two years ago, brand new! My 4-Runner was the only new one on the lot when I purchased it. There isn't anything on my 4-Runner that should be after market! I understand that inexperienced technicians worked on my 4-Runner, which scares me! I was not a happy person by the time I was finally able to leave but I wasn't going to take it out on the service advisor because it wasn't her fault. I also have a 1997 Toyota 4-Runner and after waiting four hours to get an oil change done several years ago the best and only outstanding experience I've had so far at this dealership was the day that I purchased my 2022 4-Runner because I had such a great salesman, Jason. I hope that in the future my visits will be much more positive and timely. I will be requesting only experienced technicians touch my 4-Runner. More

They took the approach of solving the least expensive problem and quickly diagnosed the issue. I was able to pick up my car that afternoon. My go to for repairs and I'll def shop this dealership when I'm ready for my next Toyota vehicle. More
