I was at the dealership for nearly two hours getting an oil change and my tires aligned. However, the technician or someone else from the service department never came out to me in the lobby to ask if I wanted the filter replaced. The dirty filter was put back in my car, and I had to spend another hour with a different mechanic getting the filter replaced. I would have been more than happy to have the filter replaced at the dealership since I was already there. The multi-point inspection seems useless if you cannot correct something as simple as a filter replacement the same day/within the same appointment. More
