Service advisor Chris was lousy at returning phone calls or replying to text message with questions about service to my vehicle while they’re in the shop. There was discrepancies about me owning $100 deduct or replying to text message with questions about service to my vehicle while they’re in the shop. There was discrepancies about me owning $100 deductible for my service, which was told that would have been waived if I brought the vehicle back to you guys. The service manager did make a good call to have in waived and I was able to pick up my vehicle. The next day I got a call from Joel which was very apologetic for the confusion and explained what happened and assured me that everything would be correct on my next visit More

It was a good experience. I would have liked to have had my car washed since I paid extra for car washes. Unfortunately, my advisor said the car wash was broken. I was told that my service would take 2 hours when I arrived. I had to text for an update after 2 hours. The service person said that they were almost done and that I would have my vehicle back soon. arrived. I had to text for an update after 2 hours. Another service person said my original service person, Christina, had gone to lunch. Christina came back and said that she expected me to be gone. Our 2016 Sequoia was due several services for our many roads trips, just broke 135K on it. We are leaving on another one next week that will be another 4K round trip. Also had a plate to protect the catalytic converters as we spend time in hotels. Also special thanks to Brae Dunn for taking the time with my wife and I as we are planning our next purchase on a Capstone Sequoia next year. We have some requirements as my wife uses a wheel chair and passenger comfort on long drives is a must. He took time to go the details and what may be coming in the future. Thank you again. More
