Toyota of Rockwall - Service Center

There is not enough space to say enough as to how Casey ( Service Advisor ) and Fred ( Parts )Manager ) took care of my issues.. if not for these two people I would have been 2 - 3 months without a vehicle . Sterling McCall jerked me around and said I was on a 2 - 3 month wait list for parts and repair… no other options.. I had to wait.. I had my truck towed back to Rockwall Toyota where Casey and Fred did their due diligence.. called around.. found the parts and had me back in my truck in less than 2 weeks !! I have purchased 3 Trucks from Rockwall Toyota, I have had serious Issues in the past with service department as well as sales managers .. so much so that i swore never to go back but because of Casey and Fred.. I will not go anywhere else.. I sincerely hope they get recognition for what they have done for me.. thank you both. They are incredible !! More
