Oil change and tires rotated. No one checked tire pressure. Had to come back because the dash light was on. They do not honor scheduled appointments. I waited for an hour and a half after my appointment time before my vehicle was pulled into the bay. They serviced every other vehicle ahead of min I waited for an hour and a half after my appointment time before my vehicle was pulled into the bay. They serviced every other vehicle ahead of mine, even those that drove up after me. My vehicle was the last one left in three lines of vehicles to be serviced. They even moved vehicles that were in line behind me to other lines, and pulled those into the bay before mine. Very disappointing and discouraging visit to this Rockwall dealership. More
