I can not trust toyota rocker's service anymore. It was my 2nd time visited for my 110000 maintenance service. 1. I have changed my cabin air filter myself 1 hour before my visit, but technitian rec It was my 2nd time visited for my 110000 maintenance service. 1. I have changed my cabin air filter myself 1 hour before my visit, but technitian recommended me to replace it ASAP. Is that mean he didn't even look at it? How he didn't know ? 🤔 and since I lost my trust at toyota of Rockwall. I reviewed all inspected items and found out that coolant fluid, wash fluid are almost empty. But on the inspection document, it appeared as it refilled as needed. I was very frustrated and mad for this dishonest services. I went to most of other toyota dealership for my service and toyota of rock wall was worst place. Place was nice and quite, but again service quality is very poor and No trust anymore. More
