Service advisor Chris was lousy at returning phone calls or replying to text message with questions about service to my vehicle while they’re in the shop. There was discrepancies about me owning $100 deduct or replying to text message with questions about service to my vehicle while they’re in the shop. I was told that my service would take 2 hours when I arrived. I had to text for an update after 2 hours.
