Waited 5 HOURS for an AC check due to it having issues remaining cold, especially during longer drives. My service advisor checked in with them and said it was in the middle of testing when my vehicle had remaining cold, especially during longer drives. My service advisor checked in with them and said it was in the middle of testing when my vehicle had been sitting in the parking lot for nearly 1.5 hours. Their excuse was they were waiting on a more qualified tech to look at it and forcing me to waste my entire day. I had to head straight home instead of getting needed errands done because my animals needed let out. Scott was helpful in getting my vehicle back in and out when I wanted to take my keys and leave. They didn't charge, but I've had issues with waiting on services at this Toyota for months! I shouldn't have to be waiting a minimum 3 hours for an oil change when I have an appointment!! More
Highly impressed with the customer service of this service department. Kacy was very knowledgeable and understood my concerns. Was able to pull up my service history. Technician found other issues I was not aware of that I thought my home dealership should have caught since I just had the tires rotated the first part of January this year. Kacy was busy with another client so Mick asked if he could help. Answered all my questions, didn't make me feel like a "dumb" female which I REALLY appreciated. Gave his suggestions and I had my rear brakes replaced. Highly recommend this service center. I only use dealerships for my cars so that I know Toyota parts are used and I trust them. More

The service manager Mick was a rude arrogant know it all self righteous jerk and after his attempt to gaslight me I had my car towed to To possible. Everything was easy peasy and I was kept well informed about the status of progress consistently by Gary..... the exact opposite of the way Mick was towards me if I could give Rockwall a negative amount of stars I would and I would definitely give Dallas 1001 stars.....
