I had an appointment at 2pm, I waited in my car in the maintenance bay until almost 2:45. No one came to tell me what the hold up was. Once I was finally assisted it took about an hour and a half to get m maintenance bay until almost 2:45. No one came to tell me what the hold up was. Once I was finally assisted it took about an hour and a half to get my car back. I would recommend better customer service. More
