One of the experiences was so profoundly disrespectful that I requested the Service Manager get involved. He came out, listened to my concerns with unconcealed disinterest that bordered on contempt, then blew me off. It was extraordinary! The lack of interest and clear disdain was like nothing I've ever seen before. I swore to never return, but like a loyal fool I did. Of course it was a mistake. I have shared my concerns with management on several occasions. Why would I continue to give my time and energy when there is no interest. Once Justin Hogue and the gentleman who was the Service Manager in 2016 left, it has been a decidedly hostile environment. I'd tell you to review the concerns I shared directly with management, but it is improbable that any were documented. I will not buy another car from Toyota of Rockwall, and I sure as heck wont bring my car back to the service department.
