Would not plug my tire because of low tread. When I then asked if they had put air in the tire they replied with yes. When I got into my car the psi was still at the same level. It was fine. It was inconvenient that as the customer i was required to schedule the windshield repair myself. I also had a hard time getting a straight answer wi It was inconvenient that as the customer i was required to schedule the windshield repair myself. I also had a hard time getting a straight answer with my warranty coverage and services, when I did get someone on the line, the employee had an attitude about my coverage, and finally i asked to be transferred so I can get the 1800 number i can provide to other dealerships to help me with my warranty covered repairs. I have never received this bad of service. I dropped my car off for a 9 a.m. appt to have four tires put on, I never received and update on when it would be finished, I sent a msg to request I dropped my car off for a 9 a.m. appt to have four tires put on, I never received and update on when it would be finished, I sent a msg to request a status update…never received an update, then I called and found out that they had lost my ticket and had not even started on my car! It wasn’t ready until 5:00p. Totally unacceptable! Service department has gone down hill! More

Car was serviced, picked it up at lunch, all fluids were checked as "good". Got in it that same day after work to go home and had a message "coolant low turn off engine." I had to have a coworker drive me t checked as "good". Got in it that same day after work to go home and had a message "coolant low turn off engine."
