I went there to sell the car I bought because of Life changes but when I came there all they told me was no and NO. Even when the Vehicle was not even been used nor touch basically the vehicle is practic changes but when I came there all they told me was no and NO. Even when the Vehicle was not even been used nor touch basically the vehicle is practically the same way I got it from them just life and finical change the plan. My wife even twisted her arm and asked if we can trade in the vehicle to lower the payment but that was also a big No from them. That Same day I went to a Other Toyota Dealership and they accepted my Vehicle not even questions asked just told them the situation and they handled it better than this dealership did poor service and didn't even want to work with me.
