No intention to update in mannerly time but only to tell you that they haven't done a thing to the car close to the closing hours which is 5 pm. Wasting your time waiting for the whole day to just received that kind of update, when she communicates with you, you feel unimportant because it's only a recall service. Very unprofessional and rude (bad customer service)!
