Toyota of Rockwall and Jason Kirksey exceeded my expectations..He gave me all of the info I needed before I arrived, gave me a great price, and had my vehicle ready to go when I got there. The price never went up and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. He was really fun to work with, laughed with us a lot, and made the whole process fun. It was a great contrast to what I've experienced at some dealerships in the past. The building was new and the place was very clean. Everybody was very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped me get a cup of coffee and made hot chocolate for my kids. There's a nice play area and a big screen TV in the waiting area and they gave my son the remote so he could watch what he wanted and stay entertained while we signed paperwork. That process was very easy too. No hard selling or pushiness when we had to do paperwork. Gabriel was very nice and explained everything to us very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Jason Kirksey to anyone who wants to purchase a car. I plan to come back to these guys in the future. Everyone who worked there seemed happy to be there and happy to help the customer. It was definitely customer service oriented. We needed a new truck to replace our aging Ford F-150. We are from Austin Tx. We met on the internet in 1995 and we do much of our shopping on the internet. It's really irritating to contact a dealer's "Internet Sales" department, ask them to reply by email only and 5 minutes later the phone rings. We contacted our local dealers and got this sort of treatment. We had thoroughly researched the vehicle and knew what we should expect to pay. None of the local dealers were coming close to our price and they all did the usual crap that makes you hate car sales people; add-ons, product switches, never answering your questions directly or honestly, making you wait, bringing in the sales "big guy" to assure you that they may lose the dealership for selling to you at such a ridiculous price, but for you they'll do it, then quoting a price that is still way higher than you know you should be paying. We were ticked off and frustrated after our second visit to a Toyota dealership. Finally, I googled Toyota in DFW and up came Toyota of Rockwall. I sent an inquiry through their website and shortly received an email reply from a man named Gabriel Hernandez. What a breath of fresh air! No phone call , just a series of focused exchanges as we worked out the details on a Tacoma that had everything we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. I was the one who finally made the first phone call, and that was only to firm up an appointment for us to go to Rockwall to pick up our new truck. What a pleasure it was to be treated like a person with half a brain who actually knows what they want in a vehicle. I don't expect to be buying another new vehicle any time soon, but I'd be back online with Toyota of Rockwall in a heartbeat if the need arose. They are Friendly, courteous, all first rate, all professional and very customer oriented. Gabe was remarkable. He offered to pick us up at the airport if we wanted to fly down. He bought us coffee and offered to buy us breakfast as well, and after the deal was done, he drove our rental car to the drop off point for us while we enjoyed the comfort of our new ride. I found a used vehicle online and inquired about it immediately and went to test drive after work, a 50 mile drive at rush hour in Dallas. After filling out a credit app he said he was 95% certain he had a deal but needed a paystub and utility bill to submit to the bank to process the application and asked me to provide it to him the next day, which I did. After receiving a call from the bank and verifying information the next day I never heard back from him. I called the next day around noon and he said that they wanted a $3000 down payment but HE wanted to talk to them more to see if he could reduce it to $0 or $1000 down and would call me back in an hour. I had not heard from him by 5:00 and called and he said that they wouldn't come off the $3000 down requirement and I told him that I could get the $3000 anyway and I wanted to buy the vehicle. He TEXTED me the next morning to tell me someone else had bought the vehicle. He did not have the spine or xxxxx to call me and tell me what he had done like a man would. Gabriel is a cowardly manipulator that does not represent Toyota well at all. I will always be a Toyota customer, I know the brand is much better that Gabriel Hernandez. Toyota Rockwall should get rid of slime like him, he needs to go back to the cheap note lot in south Dallas where he came from. More

I live in Dallas and bought a car in Rockwall because a friend of mine had told me what a great experience she had here. From the moment I called in and spoke with my salesperson Andy I felt very comfortable and could tell he wanted to help me out. He listened to what I wanted in a car, and didn't try to sell me something that didn't interest me. Even more impressive, when I told him what my budget was for the car he helped me to buy the car I wanted for $50 a month less than what I had told him I could pay. That's a lot of extra money for me! The finance manager Jake was extremely nice too. I didn't experience the typical pushy sales process that I have at car dealerships. Everyone listened to me and what I wanted and could afford and they helped me to buy a car that was under the budget I had set forth. That shoes me they truly care about the customer. Two days after I bought the car, I noticed I had forgotten my garage door opener in the old VW I traded in. I called Andy and he had it delivered to my house. Great customer service and a very nice, green facility. That's enough for me in itself. Even the receptionist is extremely friendly at the front desk. I love this dealership and will recommend it to all of my friends and family. More
