Overall great experience from start to finish. Eric did a great job and at no point did we feel pressured to purchase. It was not the stereotypical sales approach and it was appreciated. The process moved along very efficiently and it only took about 4 hours to finish everything. That timeframe included three test drives, negotiations, financing (which was very flexible and competitive), and delivery of the vehicle. We are very happy with the vehicle and the experience. This was the easiest ad most pleasurable shopping experience I have ever had! No haggle pricing and being treated like I was the most important person in the world! When my car was delivered to me, experience I have ever had! No haggle pricing and being treated like I was the most important person in the world! When my car was delivered to me, not only was it perfectly clean with a full tank of gas, but she took a lot of her time to teach me how to work everything in the car, pair up the bluetooth and teach me the NAV system. Michelle, our salesperson, was extremely informative and friendly. We drove numerous cars before making a final decision on our purchase and she was patient with that process. We met several other employees who were involved in the purchase and they too were cooperative and knowledgeable. We were also impressed with the facility and the dealership manager.
