Dissapointed in Toyota Rockwall Toyota - Good dealership, they believe in their product. My review is more of an indictment against Toyota as opposed to this dealership. Rockwall Toyota - Good dealership, they believe in their product. My review is more of an indictment against Toyota as opposed to this dealership. With the redesign of several vehicles, Toyota sacrificed comfort for style. The seats in most of the newer vehicles are extremely uncomfortable. You will not notice the level of comfort in a test drive. If I pay thousands of dollars to a dealership and purchase extended warranties, I should NOT have to install seat cushions/padding to a brand new vehicle. Since purchasing my new car, I've had severe hip and back pain. I've gone to a chiropractor and they found a correlation of my pains with my car. I wanted the dealership to allow me to trade this car in for a used vehicle of equal or less value, AND I'd maintain my current price of payments. OR I wanted them to replace the seats or add more cushion. Something. Nothing was done. Nothing was fixed... so now I have a car that I physically can't drive. Right now I'm trying to sell the car or get someone to take over payments. After having a Toyota in my family for 22 years, this will definitely be my final purchase. I don't want to list my sales rep because I believe he had good intentions to help as did the service team.... but I don't want them to be apart of my negative rating. More

Scott and I had a straight forward conversation; everything was well explained and he made sure I left without questions. Both always with a smile on their face and very pleasant. George handles internet inquires promptly and courteously. I do appreciate the fact he speaks perfect Spanish and makes sure everything goes smoothly. I always feel welcome by my friends at Toyota of Rockwall, even if I'm there just for service when they see me they make time to greet me. Thanks so much for everything! More

nice people but can't find my issue I've read about it online that other people have had the issue I am having but it is freon smell coming into the cabin .. so much that it coates my cl I've read about it online that other people have had the issue I am having but it is freon smell coming into the cabin .. so much that it coates my clothes all day as I head off to work and necessiates me taking a shower in the evening when I return .. and yet the Service staff cannot find the source of this.. In fact, they can't even smell it. Perhaps they're smokers and can't smell lots of things, but this is going to cause me to have to get rid of my car, that I like a lot. More

Brett has been great as well ( Finance Manager ). This Tundra is the 5 vehicle I have purchased at Toyota of Rockwall and I will keep coming back. Keep up the good work. More

Car wash/detail and tint repair Dan Landrum was extremely professional. The car wash was not so stellar.
